Second halloween-themed character for October! I ran into a bit of an art block last week.
Hopefully the next character will be up as soon as possible! I might do some fauns first, though.
Character Concepts are designs meant to be a base for your ideas.
Once you own the character, you may do whatever you want with them!

A lost rider was given the new life through the wraps and scales of the ancient snake god.
His wrappings can unwind to form king cobras that act upon his will and protect him from harm.
The jacket seems to be affiliated with his old group, maybe he'll find answers there. 
The vintage helmet seems to be an old keepsake or maybe it's to hide his unruly hair.
One snake seems to always keep off of his body and influence, it might be Apophis himself.
